Tasks include:
- Regularly maintain IT equipment including, but not limited to, digital displays, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), clinical devices (Pyxis Med Dispensing), conference room equipment (Polycom), printers, laptop and desktop computers at OMH Central Office.
- Responsible for ensuring that computers and clinical hardware work efficiently and effectively, enabling employees to do their jobs without issue.
- Must independently troubleshoot issues that arise during device usage, and find solutions to common issues and author user guide documentation.
- Will assist the oversight of OMH device asset inventory and the procurement of new equipment if necessary.
Requested Qualifications:
- 20 months of experience supporting Apple (iOS) mobile devices.
- 20 months of experience with enterprise mobile device management solutions.
- 12 months of experience writing help guides and how-to's.
- 12 months experience with asset inventory management.
- 12 months of experience supporting conference room equipment.
- 12 months of experience training/guiding end users.
- 12 months of experience using teleconferencing tools.
- Associates Degree
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Physical office location: OMH 44 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12229
- Telecommuting Options: None. Fully Onsite role
