Day to Day task include:
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed proejct plans.
- Schedule meetings, project deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including agendas, note taking, documenting action items and decisions.
- Updating project documents with relevant information from meetings.
- Maintain project documents.
Requested Qualifications:
- 36 Months of experience in project management in the education field.
- 36 Months of experience in project management, managing stakeholder engagement plans.
- 36 Months of experience in project management, collecting project data for review and distribution by various project team members.
- 36 Months of experience in project management, processing and responding to project support inquiries from various external stakeholders.
- 36 months of experience in project management, managing issue logs.
- 36 months of experience in project management, documenting project requirements and assisting in preparing project design specifications.
- 36 months of experience in project management, documenting project information in support of knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Professional Certification
Work hours and location:
- Part - time role with engagement length of 12 months (35; less CUNY recognized holidays)
- Daily work hours: 9 am - 5 pm (with 1 hour lunch); schedule is subject to change based on operational requirement.
