What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Staff position at Spruce?
We are looking for experienced staff to join our team and hiring for all FOH positions: hosts, captains, baristas, bussers and food runners for our award winning restaurant.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
• Have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining;
• A passion for hospitality and desire to take care of our guests;
• The ability to work well with the team and have a 'can do' attitude;
• A love of food and knowledge of both domestic and Old World wines;
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment yet can pay attention to the details;
• Is interested in growing and learning with us; and
• A flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
