This is a hybrid position based in our Minneapolis office.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Perform and/or manage post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
- Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project
- Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
- Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress
- Track progress of Implementation project(s), ensuring deadlines are met
- Possess and maintain a high level of industry and retailer specific business knowledge
- Train customers on best practices for partner compliance and product usage
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- Familiarity with XML a plus
- Prior technical or project management work experience and some prior (low level) programming experience
- General understanding of the concept of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI)
