Position Summary:
The Manager I, Associate Account Executive team will lead a team of Associate Account Executives to maximize the sales of our directed leads. This role will collaborate with the Managers and Directors leading our Account Executive and Strategic Account Executive teams. Key to this role is the development of individual contributors on the team acting as the launch pad for their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction and communication to the team to promote healthy development and ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide insight and feedback regarding relevant trends and program updates to cross-functional stakeholders including reporting, tracking and confirming process compliance for all leads, opportunities and campaigns
- Manage a team pipeline via SalesForce and weekly pipeline meetings, ensuring the necessary information needed for a monthly forecast is accurate and present based on activity that drives sales opportunities to the top of the sales funnel
- Provide regular developmental 1:1’s, counseling team members on development in role and for their next position while driving team engagement
- Manage and coordinate territory/lead management
- Roll up and/or report on any necessary decisions to Sales VP
Location:
Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid role coming into the office 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 3-5 years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Ability to translate, simplify and clearly communicate (both verbal and written) complex business processes to individuals with varied levels of expertise
- Process-focused with a close attention to detail
- Demonstrative behaviors around integrity, engagement, self-driven initiative, collaboration, and relationship building
- Experience coaching, mentoring and leading others in either formal or informal situations
- Ability to receive and give constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Sales experience

SPS provides the annualized compensation target inclusive of base salary and annualized commission target for this role. The total annualized on-target compensation for this role is: $95,000
