- Market Expansion: Lead efforts to grow our footprint in New York, Pennsylvania, and untapped regions.
- Sales Collaboration: Align business development activities with sales and marketing strategies to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Client Success: Build relationships with existing clients to optimize Medicaid enrollment processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on Medicaid regulations and home care industry standards. Ensure compliance in all initiatives.
- Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing business development team.

Qualifications:
