SPS Community Solutions seeks a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the Medicaid space, focusing on home care agencies and health plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and secure partnerships with healthcare providers, home care agencies, and health plans in need of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services.


  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to grow our footprint in New York, Pennsylvania, and untapped regions.


  • Sales Collaboration: Align business development activities with sales and marketing strategies to deliver tailored client solutions.


  • Client Success: Build relationships with existing clients to optimize Medicaid enrollment processes and enhance customer satisfaction.


  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on Medicaid regulations and home care industry standards. Ensure compliance in all initiatives.


  • Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing business development team.


  • KPIs and Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on new partnerships, revenue generation, and overall growth


  • Industry Representation: Represent SPS at events and conferences to strengthen visibility and relationships.


 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years in business development, sales, or partnership management, with 2 years in a senior role (healthcare or Medicaid experience preferred).


  • Proven track record of driving growth and establishing long-term partnerships in the healthcare or Medicaid space.


  • Expertise in Medicaid eligibility, home care services, or health plan operations.


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
