Job Title: Instructor Pilot / AH64D Standardization Pilot
Job Responsibilities: This is a flying position.
The Sr. Instructor Pilot conducts flight training, pilot training and evaluation of Instructor Pilots, CONUS and/or OCONUS. Advises on all aspects of AH-64D training and qualifications. The Standardization Instructor Pilot shall be knowledgeable enough of the subject matter to answer student questions without referring to the instructor material.
- Travel will be required.

- Must adhere to the company's AS9100 policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Education/Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of the AH-64 Instructor Pilot Course at an authorized Aviation Proponent School required.
- Qualified on the AH-64 Series Aircraft.
- Must be previously qualified as an AH-64D Instructor Pilot.
- Must have experience as an AH-64D/E Master Gunner.
- Must have flown an AH-64D or E within 180 days.
- FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter Instructor Pilot Certificate (CFE) or equivalent (GACA) is preferred.
- FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter Instrument Instructor Pilot Certificate (CFII) or equivalent (GACA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2000 total flight hours in the AH-64 series aircraft and total of 3000 rotary wing hours required.
- Minimum of 1000 Instructor Pilot flight hours in the AH-64D/E series aircraft required.
- Minimum of 150 Night Vision Goggle (NVG) flight hours required.
- Minimum of 500 Night Vision System (NVS) flight hours required.
- Must have experience teaching at USAACE as an AH-64D/E AQC flight line instructor and is familiar with the USAACE method of instruction (MOI).
- Experience with Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) and Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) procedures.
- Helicopter Underwater Egress Training *HUET) within the last 4 years is preferred.
- Some experience as an AH-64D/E Standardization Instructor Pilot at Battalion or Brigade level is preferred.
Required skills:
- Must possess and maintain a FAA Class II Flight Physical or GACVA equivalent.
- Knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administrations and logistics is required.
- Ability to effectively work in coordination with staff and team members.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written.
- Ability to communicate, with professionalism, with the customer, on the company's behalf.
