What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP Compliance position at SPS?
The VP of Compliance provides leadership and direction to ensure SPS operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures. This role is responsible to foster a culture of ethics, integrity, accountability and transparency while promoting best practices for the organization. The VP of Compliance leads efforts to identify compliance risks across the organization, develops plans to monitor ongoing adherence to legal and regulatory standards and supports the development and implementation of corrective action, when applicable. The VP of Compliance provides oversight and guidance to all members of the Compliance Department and provides guidance to all Departments and service lines within the organization.
