Position Overview:
The Technical Training Intern at Spudnik will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Training department. The intern will assist in setting up classrooms and equipment, preparing training materials, aiding in the production of training units, and contributing to course content creation. This position offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic environment, perfect for individuals looking to gain practical skills in technical training and instructional support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Classroom and Equipment Setup:
- Assist in setting up classrooms for training sessions, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
- Organize and maintain training equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with trainers to understand specific setup requirements for each session.
2. Preparation of Training Materials:
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, including handouts, manuals, and presentation slides
- Assemble training kits and hands-on materials needed for practical sessions.
- Ensure all training materials are updated and available before the start of each class.
3. Production of Training Units:
- Assist in the production and assembly of training units, such as hydraulic and electrical training systems.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and improve training aids and mock-ups.
- Test and troubleshoot training units to ensure they meet instructional requirements.
4. Course Content Creation:
- Support the development of new training modules and update existing course content.
- Conduct research and gather information to enhance training materials.
- Assist in creating multimedia content, including videos, diagrams, and interactive presentations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Training department as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the training lab and storage areas.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and improvement of training programs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant technical or educational program.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of technical systems and tools (hydraulic, electrical, electronic).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
