Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee field operations and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of pipeline construction, and proficiency in industry-standard software. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise daily field operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality control standards.
- Interpret and work with schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Primavera, ProCore, and Prolog for project management and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all builds meet technical specifications.
- Use an ohmmeter for testing electrical systems as required during pipeline construction.
- Train and mentor field staff on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pipeline or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, ProCore, or Prolog is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
