Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand business strategies and provide HR support across the employee life cycle to drive business outcomes
- Provide coaching and support for performance management processes and equip leaders with tools and guidance to manage and develop their teams
- Partner with parent company HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Proactively assess development needs and implement data-driven initiatives to improve individual and team performance
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, focusing on relationships, recognition programs, and morale, while collaborating with managers to build a culture of trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Champion the firm’s culture by fostering connections through initiatives that promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDI&B) while supporting employee resource groups (ERGs) and collaborating to create meaningful programming that advances these values
- Review and analyze business metrics to identify trends, recommend actions for continuous improvement, and influence leadership decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Stay current on employment law requirements, align policies with regulatory standards, and advise leadership on compliance to minimize legal risks through consistent and fair application of HR practices
Minimum Requirement
- 5 years in progressive HR Business Partner roles, with proven success in developing and managing HR programs, resolving complex employee relations issues, and driving organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of change management principles and a track record of effectively guiding organizations through transformational change
- Experience coaching and mentoring managers to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capabilities
- Expertise across multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and comprehensive understanding of federal and state employment laws
- A proactive, hands-on HRBP who thrives on partnering with teams at all levels to foster employee engagement, support organizational goals, and drive a positive workplace culture

- Highly motivated, able to take initiative and navigate through ambiguity with confidence and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels
- A deep understanding of business operations, enabling effective decision-making and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Exceptional ability to assess complex challenges and provide actionable, strategic solutions that drive positive outcomes
Spur Reply (Formerly The Spur Group), part of the Reply Network, is a consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $80,000-$95,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
