Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Long-Term Substitute Teacher for Best Brains Learning Center.
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the school and Spur. This position's primary responsibilities are to ensure optimal student safety and well-being and to create a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
Duties expected of this position are :
- Supervising students consistently during designated hours.
- Teaching enrichment lessons.
- Leading students in a variety of structured and unstructured activities.
- Ensure proper student behavior and follow the designated behavior management system.
- Ensuring that school spaces are kept clean and organized.
- Performing other duties as assigned Requirements.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Prior related experience working with children.
- Punctual and professional.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Able to lift heavy objects to 40 lbs.
