We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee and optimize the daily operations, marketing initiatives, and team collaboration at our boutique luxury real estate company. The director of operations and marketing will manage office functions, technology platforms, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance across all business operations. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to streamline communication, implement productivity tools, and ensure seamless transaction management while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Additionally, they will drive marketing efforts, including creating outreach materials, overseeing social media content, and planning high-end events to promote luxury listings and strengthen client relationships. This position also includes providing leadership to administrative staff, aligning operational goals with the company’s strategic vision, and supporting future initiatives to enhance agent productivity and training.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of $70,000 and the potential for quarterly performance bonuses. We offer 12 days of paid time off annually, in addition to federal holidays. Health insurance benefits become available after six months of employment.

Operational Management :
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that office functions, tools, and technology platforms are running smoothly. Identify bottlenecks in business operations and develop systems or solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Manage internal processes, such as transaction coordination, listing coordination, file management, and compliance to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with management to set and execute operational goals aligned with business strategy.
- Streamline communication between agents, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure that technology platforms such as CRM systems, transaction management tools, and marketing software are fully utilized.
- Implement technology solutions and productivity tools that streamline workflows for agents and staff and reduce operational costs while increasing productivity.
