Spurwink is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist to work with our ACT Team in Bridgton. This individual will provide administrative support to our clinical staff by performing data entry, check in/out of clients, developing, and maintaining spreadsheets, assisting staff with contract and licensing requirements, and much more!
This position has a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm.
DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain accurate, orderly and accessible data tracking spreadsheets relation to program, contract, and grant requirements and outcomes.
- Track needed information. Generate and submit reports.
- Enter admissions, billing, and clinical information in external data bases for multiple services.
- Assist staff with adherence to contract and licensing requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and time management skills are required. Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in related field preferred.
