Come join a vibrant, interdisciplinary team serving the complex needs of adults with serious mental illness in the greater Portland area. We are looking for a collaborative, engaging, and driven Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Program Supervisor who has their Clinical Licensure.
This is a full-time year-round salaried position that oversees both administrative and supervisory functions of the ACT team, and provides individual, group, and family counseling to individuals with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illness, in community, home, and office-based settings.
This position pays $32-$36 per hour depending on experience.
DUTIES :
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the ACT team.
- Monitor productivity expectations of staff and all day-to-day programmatic functions.
- Facilitate all daily ACT Team meetings.
- Collaborate with all members of client's external treatment team, including providers, and natural supports.
- Participate in monthly / weekly supervision depending on licensure requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Masters's degree from an accredited school. Clinical licensure of : LCSW or LCPC. Maine state alcohol and drug counselor certification preferred. 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience preferred (i.e., mental health, social services). Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role. Maintain a current Maine driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
