The Residential Manager - Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) integrates, coordinates, and monitors each client's active treatment program and initiates and oversees changes as necessary. The QIDP works cooperatively with all departments and outside of the facility. In this role you will coordinate care and services for five individuals at one location.

This position offers a flexible 40 hour per week schedule.

DUTIES :

• Ensure the active treatment is occurring for all residents and is consistently implemented.
• Act as the liaison between all outside entities, including family, guardians, community support programs, and others, to coordinate treatment related objectives.
• Monitor progress with individual program plans and assure changes are initiated as necessary.
• Provide recommendations to other team members related to treatment goals and objectives.
• Ensure the adequate environmental supports and assistive devices are present to promote independence.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field required. At least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
