What to expect:
This is a permanent position as a Quality Control Supervisor. Once on the team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center based on client need and each supplier’s production schedule. Additionally, you will also be added to SQA's database as part of an elite group eligible for additional projects in the future.
What you’ll do:
You will be overseeing a group of quality technicians, working hand and hand with the supervisor of managing, and attending meetings as needed.
What you’ll need:
Because of the nature of the product, US Citizenship is also a requirement and clean background checks are required.
You will need industry experience (10 or more years) and the ability to independently establish criteria without additional guidance or oversight. You should have prior experience working with aerostructures, as well as experience leading a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the inspection team to achieve quality standards and goals. Ensure compliance with aircraft structure specifications and drawings. Streamline inspection processes and ensure accurate inspection records. Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed. Supervise daily inspection activities to maintain product quality. Participate in Daher/Boeing meetings as needed, addressing quality issues. Deliver timely post-inspection reports and manage timesheets accurately. Provide daily updates to headquarters and pass down shift information. Develop team skills to prevent dependency on any single individual. Monitor attendance and document disciplinary actions. Skills and Qualifications: Experience with aerostructures, including Wing Center Section, Bulkhead Wheel Wells, Section 48, and Horizontal Stabilizers. Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and tablet-based systems. Adaptable to change with routine weekend coverage. Must be on-site for full shifts; US Citizenship and successful background check required. Project duration: 6 months, full-time. Reside within 50 miles of Stuart, FL.
