Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving the growth of our supplier improvement solutions within the Life Sciences, Aerospace, Defense, and Hi-Tech sectors aligning with SQA's strategies and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and account management, with a deep understanding of supplier quality improvement processes and the unique challenges faced by these highly regulated industries.
Responsibilities will include :
Business Development :
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the Life Sciences sectors. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and drive revenue for our supplier improvement solutions.

Desired Strategic Account Executive Attributes Include :
At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in one or a combination of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biologics, Gene and Cell Therapy
At least 2 years of experience selling technical products or services in the manufacturing space
A demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
Proficiency in programs such as PowerPoint, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom / Webex / GoToMeeting
Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
