Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Patient Recruiting Manager to lead and oversee our patient recruitment team for clinical research studies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a team of patient recruiters and possess in-depth knowledge of the clinical research recruiting process. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and effective enrollment of eligible participants for various clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and oversee a team of Patient Recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets for clinical trials.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clinical research coordinators, investigators, and sponsors to align recruitment goals with study objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in patient recruitment.
- Utilize various outreach strategies, including digital marketing, community engagement, and partnerships with healthcare providers, to enhance patient recruitment.
- Train and support the recruitment team in best practices for patient engagement and pre-screening.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline patient recruitment efforts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or similar preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of patient recruiters in a clinical research setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial patient recruitment strategies and regulatory considerations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced clinical research environment.
