Job Summary
Our Quality Assurance Team’s primary mission is to support the Operations teams by ensuring compliance, enhancing the member experience, and improving agent performance. QA plays a key role in identifying coaching opportunities, analyzing trends, and driving continuous improvement to align with business and partner expectations. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure every interaction meets company standards and reflects our values as well as those of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper call compliance and adherence to partner requirements
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to operations
- Complete call evaluations in an objective and fair manner
- Identify opportunities for improving agent performance results
- Deliver concise reporting to management and partner services
- Recognize trends that highlight training deficiencies or opportunities
Requirements
- Must have been with the company for at least 60 days
- Must work 30-40 hours per week
- Dial time is still required
