Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Senior HR Manager to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon, Arizona. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Align HR strategies with business goals across multiple locations to drive growth, engagement, and retention
- Secure buy-in and implement HR policies, initiatives, and compliance standards, conducting internal audits and managing risk
- Use HR analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate success in turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness
- Develop and oversee training programs for onboarding and continuous team member development
- Lead and support HR teams across two properties, handling complex employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed on property
More about you
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in multi-unit or multi-location environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role
- Experience managing teams that include both hourly and exempt employees in a high-volume, dynamic setting
- Proven background in employee relations, talent management, training, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in HR software, such as WorkDay, SHIFT,Equifax, and iCIMS
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a background check, including MVR and drug test required
