Project Details
- Looking for Business Analyst with expertise in defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, overseeing IT development stages related to planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules.
- The candidate will have experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes.
- Advanced experience with requirements management, Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc), development, and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired.
- Candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Required Skills/Experience
- IT development and CI/CD process.
- Business Analysis and Testing.
- Possess advance knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management.
- Experience with DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and JIRA.
- Working knowledge of Information Systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support and Child Care systems.
- Tracking system defects with project tools such as JIRA and JAMA.
- Experience working within an Agile Team Environment and leading SCRUM meetings.
- Experience effectively communicating with departmental program managers and executives.
