POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- BASS 2.0 Phase 1 & 2:
- Lead daily project operations, testing efforts, and rollout strategies.
- Coordinate application development strategy and sprint planning.
- Mentor IT business analysts and publish detailed status reports.
- BASS Legacy Support:
- Manage functionality updates, testing, and legislative impact analysis for legacy systems.
- Maintain release plans and coordinate stakeholder activities.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong communication/ leadership skills.
- Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
- Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
- Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.

- Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to clarify business requirements.
- Assists QA team defining test strategy, acceptance criteria, bug fixing and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of UML diagrams- business model diagram, process flow, flow charts etc. (should be familiar with MS Visio).
- Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.
- Collaborate with development team to create design specification in business requirements. (Capture additional requirements based on design, capture global rules for system consistency).
- Experience in coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with end-user training and create any training artifacts if needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience:
- 8 years in project management or senior business analysis.
- Direct end-user interaction for requirements gathering in large-scale environments.
- Business Process Re-engineering and Agile collaboration.
- Technical Tools: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project, and TFS.
Key Considerations
- Candidates must reside in Ohio and be available for in-person equipment pickup and interviews.
