Job Overview:
The SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase systems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP HCM, and ideally, SAP PO. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project, focusing on integration design, development, and configuration.
Configure and customize standard integrations provided by SAP and SuccessFactors.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical system specifications.
Develop and maintain custom integrations, ensuring effective transformation logic and error handling.
Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor integrations for performance and stability.
Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Train functional and technical resources to maintain integrations.
Provide end-user support on integration-related issues.
Participate in project planning and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
5 years of experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM.
Strong understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, and HRIS Elements.
Experience working with SuccessFactors APIs and third-party integration tools like Informatica or SAP PO.
Proven experience in transferring Onboarding data to SAP ECC.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding processes.
Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and document management systems like OnBase.
ServiceNow experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to work with functional and technical teams.
Preferred: SAP PO experience, ABAP development, and SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certifications.
