Job Summary :
Seeking a System Administrator with expertise in ServiceNow, VMware Workspace ONE, and IT asset management. The role involves supporting IT asset lifecycles, troubleshooting hardware / software, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and track IT assets, including surplus equipment and chain-of-custody documentation.
Process ServiceNow Asset Management module updates and reconcile inventory reports.
Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
Utilize SCCM for imaging and reporting hardware / software inventory.
Manage VMware VDI environments and AirWatch Workspace ONE for device administration.
Support video conferencing setups and resolve related issues.
Create technical documentation for staff and end users.
Coordinate IT asset installations, relocations, upgrades, and replacements.
Required Skills :
ServiceNow expertise and Level 2 asset management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM and VMware VDI.
Utilizes AirWatch Workspace One to perform administrative tasks, such as reporting and compliance for Windows modern managed devices.
Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes and surplus equipment disposal.
Experience troubleshooting video conferencing setups and related hardware.
