Role Description
The on site role for the Director of Operations at the Royal Gorge Route Railroad located in Canon City, CO. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. They will work closely with various teams, from retail to the mechanical workshop to food and beverage,in order to maintain the high standards of service and quality that define our brand.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team and overseeing operations in a hospitality setting
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the tourism or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: $89,686.07 - $108,009.03 per year
