Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Perform in-depth analysis of commercial healthcare data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
Design user-centric dashboards and visualizations by creating wireframes/mock-ups using Figma.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery.
Provide therapeutic expertise in Epilepsy, Rare Diseases, and Neurology during requirements gathering and validation.
Lead or support UAT cycles and stakeholder reviews to ensure business needs are met.
Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless knowledge transfer, project updates, and issue resolution
What are we looking for?
5 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Commercial Biopharma/Life Sciences domain.
Mandatory therapeutic area expertise in Epilepsy, Rare Diseases, and Neurology.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and storytelling with data.
Hands-on experience in Figma for mock-up and wireframe design.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with BI systems and dashboarding tools is a plus.
Direct interaction with both business and technology teams.
