- Manage and grow strategic partner relationships across North America.
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams on enablement and execution.
- Track and report on KPIs, revenue growth, and partner performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to inform partnership strategy.
- 3 years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in tech/SaaS.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally across teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
