The Opportunity :
We're looking for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the charge in shaping a workforce strategy rooted in our Great Game of Business® culture . Partnering with the General Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and empowering a team ready to thrive in the future of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with executives to design and implement workforce strategies aligned with our business goals.
- HR Business Partner : Bring business acumen and HR expertise to the table as a trusted advisor.
- Talent Development : Mentor the HR team and implement strategies that empower and engage employees while enhancing their skills.
- Attraction & Retention : Build pipelines and strategies to ensure scalability for current and future growth.
- Safety Leadership : Lead and deliver highly effective safety and workers' compensation programs that prioritize the well-being of our employee owners.
- Performance Management : Foster growth with systems that align performance with business education.
- Total Rewards : Provide and effectively communicate total rewards programs that recognize performance and our shared stake in the outcome of the business.
- Organizational Development : Shape our team structure with a focus on long-term success.
- Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee issues with transparency, fairness and a keen sense of the collective good.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all HR-related laws and regulations and educate and coach as appropriate.
- Training & Development : Align education programs with business objectives, emphasizing financial and operational understanding.
- Change Management : Lead with empathy and a focus on our people-first culture. Qualifications :
- Required :
Bachelor's degree in HR or SPHR / SHRM-SCP certification.
Experience in an open book, Great Game of Business environment.
