About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Newbern, TN. This is a 2nd Shift position that offers an entrepreneurial environment for results-oriented individuals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, tracking and improving performance on key department goals and objectives, as well as developing crew members to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Lead and manage production processes to optimize efficiency and quality
