Aviation Technician (A&P)
Salary : $28 / hour (depending on experience)
Location : Tucson, 85756
Industry : Aviation
Shifts : 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Must have a valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience either on : aircraft, fixed wing or rotary or Military aircraft
- Experience on business aircraft preferred
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
- Ability to work in seasonal / inclement weather outside
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)
