Role : Oracle EBS Test Manager Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : Build a road map for Automation & Continuous improvement to TCoE. Primary point of contact for customer. Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse simple to medium complexity IT projects Tracks the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis and participates in requirements gathering. Establishes scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project.Independently leads mid-sized projects and ensures stakeholder buy-in Establishes and maintains a project communication plan.Defines phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules resources, evaluates risks and highlights dependencies Collects and analyses project metrics.
