Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care and assist with sterile processing of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist in the management of patients requiring critical care transport.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Participate in ongoing training related to workers' compensation law and emergency medicine practices.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in nursing homes or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of dermal fillers is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of infection control measures and critical care protocols.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
