Job Description
- Develop detailed plans for upcoming quarters.
- Map target accounts based on market research and Srinsoft's expertise.
- Analyze target industries and companies.
- Identify key pain points and focus areas.
- Prepare targeted outreach materials.
- Conduct meaningful, well-researched outreach rather than generic cold calls.
- Craft personalized emails, leveraging prior research, to engage targeted accounts.
- Follow and interact with prospects while keeping track of their updates and posts.
- Generate interest among prospects and schedule meetings.
- Understand client needs and effectively position our services to address their challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including introductory meetings, requirement gathering, coordination with the technical team, and the preparation and submission of proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work).
- Serve as the liaison between customers and the technical team.
