Job Description
- Proficiency in LMS administration, training data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in training effectiveness measurement and feedback analysis.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing training programs.
- Manage LMS updates, user records, and training enrolments.
- Track participation, generate reports, and organize training materials.
- Collect feedback for training evaluations.
- Coordinate sessions with trainers and support mentorship programs.
- Monitor new hire progress and probation reviews.
- Collaborate with HR to assess skill gaps and development needs.
- Maintain training dashboards and support continuous learning.
