Job Summary
At Storage Solutions (Garaginization & Dallas Custom Closets) We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone / email
- Input notes into CRM system from intake calls and relay urgent calls
- Schedule consultations and manage calendars and spreadsheets
- Schedule consultations and installation activity
- Communicate with clients as we make progress
- Reschedule activities as directed by the client or our team needs
- Keep client and team informed of changes in schedule or job as they occur
- Invoicing upon completion of jobs.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in calendar management and office software applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong clerical skills, including filing and document management abilities.
