M&A Legal Position Summary
We are recruiting a part-time M&A Legal Intern to join our top tier team of attorneys who are industry leaders and M&A experts. The ideal candidate can quickly yet carefully review and understand complex agreements, communicate precisely, meet demanding deadlines, solve problems when unexpected issues arise, and has a strong work ethic, positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning while working alongside M&A Counsel on high-profile deals.
The hourly rate for this internship is $20. This internship is for a minimum of 50 hours per credit (if applicable) and is anticipated to be no more than 300 hours.
This is a hybrid position with in-person and remote schedule flexibility based out of Denver, CO with an anticipated start date in Summer 2025.

M&A Legal Intern Primary Responsibilities
- Assist M&A Counsel with reviewing acquisition agreements, escrow agreements, paying agent agreements, engagement letters and other related transactional agreements
- Research and draft internal memoranda on various M&A legal topics and assist M&A Counsel with thought leadership articles and resources
- Draft and implement internal resources to support M&A Counsel and business functions
- Other duties as assigned
