Sr. DATA INSIGHTS DEVELOPER

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

7 years of experience in building and maintaining business intelligence solutions including data warehouse and ETL pipelines in data-intensive organizations

Competence in Cloud database systems including 3 years with Snowflake

Hands-on reporting experience leveraging Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Expertise in developing data visualization dashboards with drill-down reporting

Proficiency in writing and performance tuning complex SQL queries

Knowledge of developing data models and data structures for datawarehouse to support optimized user experience with BI dashboards and reports

Able to build data integrations and ingestion pipelines for streaming and batch data

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud

Other Desired Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand business requirements and communicate technical requirements to the team

Experience in working with an offshore team to ensure timely delivery

Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and database technologies and database security practices

Experience in designing database logical and physical schema design including logical and physical database schema designs for large scale, highly available and mission-critical application systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Business Intelligence solution using Google Looker is a huge plus

Background in healthcare data especially patient centric clinical data and provider data is a plus

Proficiency in API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT etc.,

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
