What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at SRS Medical Systems?
We are seeking a motivated individual to work in a small Sales Support office who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to professionally interact with others. This role is responsible for performing all general office procedures and tasks for a medical technology sales office. This position will oversee all aspects of general office coordination and maintenance including but not limited to the following:
- General office duties, including phone, fax, printer, scanning and email management
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies, as well as sales/marketing material
- Assist with procurement of sales and marketing material
- Support SRS field representatives, including but not limited to: UPS shipments of sales and marketing supplies and Assist with onboarding of new sales representatives
- Client service and support, including but not limited to: Distribution of client communications; manage incoming calls/emails and direct them to appropriate SRS staff; and Compile, send, and document product information
- Client database input and management
- Support Clinical Training Dept. via material creation and reporting
- Maintain appropriate interactions with other company departments
- General administrative support to presentation creation and project support
Education and Work Experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- Experience with professional office responsibilities and procedures; sales office experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Mac preferred)
- Experience with database management (Salesforce preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
