Job Description:
Plaintiff personal injury law firm in Tampa is looking for an in-house Brand Manager. This position will have the responsibility of developing and managing the brand to achieve overall marketing goals while remaining in compliance with Florida Bar Ethics Rules. The goal of the position is to build and maintain relationships with other law firms, past and present clients, and community outreach programs to acquire new cases.
A successful candidate will have creative and inspiring ideas for the brand of Vanguard Attorneys as we do not engage in the traditional marketing practices of TV, radio, and print. They will be the ultimate collaborator and will have great written and oral communication skills which demonstrate the value Vanguard Attorneys brings to its clients and collaborating law firms.
Professional/Personal Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a marketing, business, or communications related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in marketing or business development positions.
● Experience in a B2B services environment (e.g. legal, accounting, consulting) with previous law firm experience preferred.
● Demonstrated experience of planning and executing a marketing campaign from start to finish while working in a leadership capacity.
● Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
The successful candidate for this position will have the following attributes:

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Creative problem-solving skills.
● Ability to build relationships with local media, seminar coordinators, and event vendors.
● Coordinate with Content Creators to develop and maintain a strong digital presence and public relations strategy, including press releases, blogs, and social media campaigns.
● Engage with attorneys and firms across the industry to expand the firm’s reach through co-counsel partnerships and client growth initiatives.
Mandatory in-office hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Friday. Our office is a non-smoking environment. We offer an excellent benefits package including employer sponsored health, dental & life insurance, on-site gym, yoga, massage, and fitness classes. Salary range is $80,000-$90,000.
