Position Overview :
The marketing coordinator position provides marketing and promotional support to commercial real estate brokers in Tampa, FL. This role executes the corporate marketing strategy and initiatives locally while providing insight to the corporate marketing team on how these strategies are best refined for optimum execution. The overall goal of this position is to provide the best marketing support in our industry while enhancing the SRS brand. The successful candidate in this position will play a critical role in the success of SRS’ industry-leading retail real estate brokers and the presence of the SRS brand in the local market. This role requires a can-do, customer-service-focused attitude and offers a well-rounded marketing position with opportunities for growth and experience in all facets of marketing and commercial real estate. This position is primarily supported by the corporate marketing team which provides access to the best marketing software, tools, and templates in the industry as well as ongoing training.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Support
- Ensure all communications, presentations, and collateral enhance the SRS brand and are consistent with the brand guidelines and directives set by the corporate marketing team.
- Create print and digital marketing packages, tour books, and presentations for property listings, growing retailer clients, and business development pitches as needed.
- Create and deploy e-mail blasts for property listings, expanding retailer clients, newsletters, and other announcements.
- Build and maintain property listings, client information and team member bios as needed on SRSRE.COM, CoStar, LoopNet, and potentially other third-party sites.
- Maintain, update, and segment contact databases, email distribution lists, and party invitation lists.
- Utilize Apto (Salesforce-based business management software) to assist brokers in tracking the progress of their business development pursuits.
- Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Events
- Create transaction-related press releases and deploy to local media. Analyze results and work to strengthen relationships with local media outlets.
- Revise new hire and promotion press releases created by corporate marketing for local media distribution.
- Work with local team members to submit market / industry award applications for local office and brokers.
- Stay abreast of speaking opportunities to better position the local team as leaders in the industry.
- Assist in event planning for regional trade shows or nearby corporate events.
- Assist brokers with enhancing and maintaining their professional presence on LinkedIn.
- Assist brokers with social media content and posts.
