Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage refrigeration / constructions projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with third parties / vendors the flawless execution of projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. Monitor project progress regularly and address any challenges or delays proactively to keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports Ensuring customer satisfaction working with foreman supervisors Qualifications Knowledge using Buildops is preferred Strong knowledge of RFP / RFQ-Request for proposal / quotes Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
