Refrigeration / HVAC Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and providing key insights to ensure successful project execution within budget and timeline. This position requires a deep understanding of Refrigeration and HVAC systems, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Review project plans, specifications, and client requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates for Refrigeration and HVAC projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather measurements, and identify potential challenges or special considerations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary data and pricing information.
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related costs.
- Analyze scope changes, handle project revisions, and provide updated cost estimates when necessary.
- Assist project managers with budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients, including accurate timelines and cost breakdowns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and pricing changes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an estimator in the Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
