Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our team, working on cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and team leadership. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing applications.
- Lead feature development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement front-end solutions using Angular 8 and NgRx.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, PCF, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices for both frontend and backend technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, leveraging CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Utilize software release management tools such as Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally.
- Coordinate with offshore teams in an Onshore-Offshore model.
