Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Responsible for sprint planning including capacity planning, execution, coordination, and risk management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Document and track key decisions, issues, and risks associated with a project on a project management platform/status reporting.
- Monitor and resolve issues that arise during project execution to safeguard impact on delivery goals/objectives.
- Follow established cadence with stakeholders and report project status updates.
- Manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Ensure Change Request documentation and communication is completed following the standardized workflow.
- Communicate and implement any change requests effectively.
- Responsible for consulting the client with industry best practices in project management.
- Document lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of the Project Management practice.
- Follow Agile deliverables/ceremonies as outlined.
- Observe RACI roles and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as directed by the customer.
