Get To Know The Team: The position can be filled as a Sr. Financial Analyst or a Financial Analysis Manager – depending on the candidate. The role provides FP&A support to the SS&C CTO organization. The CTO organization is an internationally deployed IT infrastructure team supporting all of SS&C. In addition to an extremely competitive base salary and benefits package, the position is eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity awards. The position can be filled 100% remotely or located at one of our offices. We want to meet you where you are and are flexible with work schedule and/or less than a standard work week. This is a finance role but accountants with a strong financial acumen with interest in moving into a finance role are encouraged to apply. This is an individual contributor role. What You Will Get To Do: Support the recently launched Managed IT Services offering. Development and standardization of the pricing process Develop and maintain pricing models. Evaluate economics of new product offerings. Assist with defining service offerings Develop and maintain standardized reporting Analyze IT infrastructure investments and provide deal structuring recommendations. Support the requisitioning process Consolidate and analyze global financial results (expenses, headcount and capex) Assist with vendor payments and cross charging Participate in the monthly close call and explain variances. Develop a deep understanding of the economics of IT Infrastructure (Software, Hardware, capex, etc.) Develop financial models and business cases What You Will Bring: Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent Excel skills ERP system experience (PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Workday, etc.) a plus Customer focused attitude Team focused and ability to work in a collaborative environment Self-managed and ability to work in a non-structured environment. Interest in learning various financial systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Hyperion, etc.) High sense of urgency Ability to prioritize tasks and execute under tight timelines Ability to work with associates across the organization (accounting, IT, etc.) Continual business process improvement mindset Intellectual curiosity (especially in technical area) Strong financial acumen Excellent communication skills and work ethic Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
