What You Will Get To Do:
- Consult and partner with business units, employees, managers and the Talent Acquisition team, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations
- Prepare and maintain HR Dashboard with HR engagement, effectiveness, attrition, retention, ROI analysis and interpret dashboard outcomes for action items or internal advisory
- Provide day-to-day performance management and policy guidance to line management; including, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development and disciplinary actions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training and compliance programs, and may be involved in identifying training needs for business units
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, including resolution of complex employee relations issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulate and persuasive communicator
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse client groups
- Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state employment laws
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
- HR Certification preferred
- Workday, Ceridian or other equivalent HRCMS experience preferred

NY: Salary range for the position: 80,000 USD to 110,000 USD. Other States Salary range for the position: 80,000 USD to 110,000 USD.
