We are a well-established heavy civil construction company operating throughout the Midwestern United States. Our focus includes Earthwork, Demolition, Utilities, and Specialty Contracting for both public and private sectors.
We’re currently seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering successful, profitable projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals for public and private sector bids
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and cost
- Collaborate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project budgets, schedules, and progress, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and progress
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction estimating and project management
- Proven experience in Earthwork, Demolition, Utilities, or similar scopes of work
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project sequencing
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
