Job Opening: Associate Attorney

Location: Charlotte, NC

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced attorney to help take our growing law firm to the next level! Primary responsibilities of the Associate Attorney role include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting with prospective and current clients and developing case strategies.
• Preparing for and attending court appearances.
• Drafting letters and pleadings.
• Meeting billing requirements.
• Generating new cases.
• Traveling to surrounding counties, as needed.
• Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their progress.
• Mentoring and inspiring other team members.

The Essentials

• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must be a member of the North Carolina State Bar in good standing.
• Must have two (2) or more years of legal experience as an attorney, preferably in family law.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of independently managing cases and clients (following an orientation period).
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills required.
• Must be committed to providing top-tier client service and achieving outstanding results.
• A positive, uplifting attitude is essential—glass-half-full thinkers are welcome here!
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.
• Must be a team player—we strongly believe in a collaborative, team-based approach.
• Must communicate in a polite, professional, and approachable manner.

Pay: $81,653.00 - $145,190.00 per year
