Position Title: Admissions Strategist
Reports to: Manager, Product Planning and Analysis
Job Description:
The Admissions Strategist is primarily responsible for developing, executing and monitoring data-driven strategies that optimize admissions revenue, enhance guest experiences, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives at partner attractions. This role provides strategic and data-focused input to drive performance across multiple admissions sales channels, including tickets, memberships, passes, retail, and public events. The Strategist will continually monitor the effectiveness of strategies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-informed adjustments to optimize outcomes. Additionally, the Strategist will collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and foster strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities may consist of (but not limited to):
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to maximize admissions revenue and enhance guest experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches to drive revenue growth and increase guest engagement across various sales channels.
- Ensure financial accuracy, data governance, and strategic design within admissions operations, including pricing models, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial best practices.
- Use data insights to evaluate performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders, guiding decisions to optimize revenue and improve guest experience.
- Continuously monitor and adjust admissions strategies across multiple sales channels, including ticket sales, memberships, passes, packages, retail and food items, and public ticketed events.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the admissions landscape, providing proactive recommendations for future strategy and product offerings.
- Work closely with both onsite and remote teams to ensure the effective implementation of best practices, monitoring progress to ensure smooth execution of admissions strategies at partner attractions.
- Foster a collaborative environment that is both highly organized and flexible, prepared to quickly adapt to unexpected changes and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field preferred (MBA a plus) or combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in admissions strategy, revenue management, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and guest experience management.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to author and present strategic initiatives clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven experience with strategic planning, project management, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the calendar year, which may include weekends and holidays.

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-Time
- Salary – based on range in consideration of relevant job experience and certification/education; if position is physically in Colorado or California, salary range will be posted above following EPFEW Act
- Vacation or TAFW (time away from work) Plan – we want our team to take time as they need, so don’t accrue hours but rather give you freedom to schedule within scope of the business and your needs
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; employee premiums applicable
- Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability, employer sponsored; scaled-salary pay following submission and approval of leave
- Birthing Parent Plan covers up to (6-8) weeks fully paid leave, based on birthing event
- (4) Week fully paid Parental leave following birth, adoption or foster event, can be coupled with Birthing Parent Plan to extend above timeline
- 401k program, eligible for enrollment after (1) year of employment during January or June open enrollment periods, company is not matching at this time
- $75 monthly cell phone stipend

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
